Developer Tools

Encoders, code formatters, generators and CSS helpers for everyday development.

What are Developer Tools?

Developer tools are small utilities that save time on everyday programming chores, such as encoding data, generating identifiers or writing CSS.

Each one runs in your browser, so your data is not sent to a server.

What you will find in Developer Tools

This section covers developer utilities (JSON, JWT, CSV, regex), encoders and decoders (Base64, URL, HTML, binary, SVG to JSON), generators for passwords, UUIDs, ULIDs, HMAC and hashes, and CSS tools for gradients, shadows, rounded corners, fonts and color codes.

How to use these tools

  1. Choose the group that fits your task.
  2. Open a tool, enter your input and read the result.
  3. Copy the output into your code.

Did you know?

  • A UUID is a 128-bit identifier, and the chance of two random version 4 UUIDs colliding is so small it can be ignored in practice.
  • Base64 is an encoding, not encryption: anyone can decode it.
