What is Morse Code Translator?
Morse code writes letters and numbers as short and long signals, shown as dots and dashes. It was developed for the telegraph and is still used by radio operators and in emergencies.

Translates text into dots and dashes, with a space between letters and a slash between words, or translates Morse code back into text. Characters it does not know are shown as a question mark.
How to use it
- Choose Text to Morse or Morse to text.
- Type or paste your input. For Morse, use dots and dashes, a space between letters and / between words.
- Copy the result.
Did you know?
- The distress signal SOS is three dots, three dashes, three dots. It was chosen because it is easy to remember, not because it stands for words.
