UTM Link Builder
Add UTM campaign parameters to a link so you can see where your visitors come from in analytics.
- Link with UTM tags
- https://example.com/landing?utm_source=newsletter&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=spring_sale
What is UTM Link Builder?
UTM parameters are small tags added to the end of a web address. When someone clicks the link, analytics tools such as Google Analytics read the tags and show which campaign, source and medium brought the visit.
What this tool does
Takes your page address and the source, medium and campaign name (and optionally term and content) and returns the address with the utm_ parameters added. Existing parts of the address are kept.
How to use it
- Enter the page address.
- Fill in the source, medium and campaign name.
- Copy the new link.
Did you know?
- The three required tags are utm_source, utm_medium and utm_campaign.
- Use consistent lowercase names, because analytics treats Email and email as different values.
