What is Remove Empty Lines?
Pasted text, exported lists and code often contain blank lines that you do not want. Removing them by hand is slow when there are hundreds of lines.
What this tool does
Deletes every line that is empty or only holds spaces and tabs. All other lines stay in their original order, with their own spacing.
How to use it
- Paste your text into the box.
- The cleaned text appears in the result box.
- Copy it, or press Reset to start again.
Did you know?
- A line that contains only a space looks blank but is not empty, so this tool treats both the same way.
- To remove extra spaces inside lines as well, use the Remove Extra Spaces tool.
