What is Fraction Calculator?
A fraction shows part of a whole as one whole number over another, such as 3/4. Working with fractions by hand means finding common bottoms and simplifying, which is easy to get wrong.

Did you know?
- To add fractions you first need a common bottom; the least common multiple of the bottoms is the neatest choice.
- Dividing by a fraction is the same as multiplying by its flip, so รท 2/3 is the same as ร 3/2.
