Random Name Picker
Pick a random winner or several winners from a list of names, or shuffle the whole list.
What is Random Name Picker?
A random picker chooses fairly from a list. People use it for giveaways, classroom turns, team choices and deciding who goes first.
What this tool does
Takes your list with one item per line, and picks the number of different items you ask for using your browserโs secure random number generator. Nothing is sent to a server.
How to use it
- Type or paste your names, one per line.
- Choose how many to pick.
- Press Pick.
Did you know?
- Each name has the same chance, and a name cannot be picked twice in one draw.
- For a public giveaway, show the draw on screen so people can see it is fair.
